First get yourself and RS600.   They are now excellent value and can be purchased for  1500-2000 quid.

 

Throw away the dagger board and rudder.

 

Then add a foil package from Fulll Force Boats ....  for 2400 quid which contains

 

 - carbon daggerboard with T-foil

 - adjustable wand to control trim tab on daggerboard T-foil

 - carbon rudder gantry (which bolts onto esiting fittings)

 - carbon rudder with T-foil

 - twist grip to control trim tab on rudder T-foil using toller extension.

 

Then add a little water, and 8 knots of breeze..........  and you're foiling
